This
was a group of Marines from PTA and WVOC volunteers cleaning up the trash
at the scenic lookout at the top of Waikoloa Road. Local contractor Goodfellow
Bros., Inc. provided a front-end loader/backhoe and tandem truck, which
was filled to the top with debris by the end of the day. Photos
